Pavo Heart Game: Sunday Session

When you enter the light, you find yourself hovering weightless in a void, as if caught in a moment of falling inertia. In the distance, you hear a voice that seems to shift and twist, familiar and yet unfamiliar.

"You shouldn't be here. But since you already are, let's make a wager. If you can uncover the truth, you'll find me. If you can't, you may be hopelessly lost... What a shame that would be."

You begin falling, and your vision blacks out--

[ childe snatches zhongli's hand and squeezes it as hard as he can, like it's the one thing that's going to be able to ground him on either side of this fucken nightmare. he hears his name, but several yllables a missing, and it's sort of... garbled. he hates it. the surreal nature of this is making his head spin, so he just shuts his eyes to keep it from getting any worse. ]

Xiansheng... [ he yanks on his hand, shaking a bit, as he drops his tone to a shaky whisper, ] Go upstairs, but don't use your sight right away. Sit in the seats on the far left, in the front row, and then look. [ maybe sorting this stupid room will help. maybe. he's honestly not sure of... anything right now. ]

[ ...add this to the list of rooms that suck. he considers making an attempt an argument, but he care barely focus, so he'd be lucky if whatever nonsense came out of his mouth made sense. he sticks close to zhongli and lets him escort him the hell out of the mondstadt bar. ]
